**ROLE PROFILE**

**ROLE TITLE**:Collection and Recovery Driver/valeter

**REPORTING TO**:General Manager

**MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE**:
To carry out collection and delivery of customers vehicles locally, dealing with customers in a professional manner, ensuring high standards of customer service.

Ideally have experience with customers and driving 3.5 tonne vehicles.

**MAIN TASKS**
- Carry out collection and delivery of customers vehicles as scheduled, completing all relevant paperwork with the customer, ensuring that the customer is treated in a professional and efficient manner
- To drive vehicles in a safe, lawful manner taking into account the weather and traffic conditions, reporting all faults with vehicles driven
- Ensure all documentation is correct when transferring vehicles
- Report any accidents, incidents to your Team Leader without delay
- Comply fully with health and safety legislation, e.g. driving whilst under the influence of sleep inducing medication, driving vehicles for which you are not insured or trained
- Maintain a high level of customer care/satisfaction
- To be aware of and adhere to all health and safety regulations and policies applicable to your position or environment
- To be responsible for the collection of payments and receipts and to ensure the correct banking procedures are followed on return to the office
- You will also valet and prep vehicles when not required for driving

**TECHNICAL JOB KNOWLEDGE**

The level and scope of technical knowledge will be discussed and agreed with your manager or team leader.

**OTHER DUTIES**

Due to the size and complexity of the establishments you will undertake any other reasonable tasks or duties that are deemed to be within your capability such as valeting vehicles in preparation for delivery and collection.

Up to £28,800 OTE - includes site bonus and is dependable on experience and qualifications.

A minimum of 2 years experience in the role is preferred.

Hours are 8am - 5pm Mon - Friday
