**Are you looking to develop your care skills with children and young people in residential care?**

**Crown Resource Solutions** are looking to recruit in **Preston** for confident and determined individuals who have a positive outlook on supporting children and young people with different mental health and challenging needs. You should have a passion in supporting the young people so they can reach their full potential.

As a Children’s Support Worker, you will be helping in many ways including, being their role model, educator or coach all whist remaining professional. You will get to share some of their best and memorable moments together while building their self-esteem.

**Day to day activities may include**:

- Prompting to engage with others around them.
- Personal care (Promoting and encouraging).
- Driving to and from activities, Appointments etc.
- Household duties including cooking and cleaning.
- Teaching essential life skills.
- Helping with education.
- Appropriately handling with behaviours.
- Having fun

The salary of the role will be between £11.44-£14.25 per hour and £36 per sleep in, the days will be flexible to suit your needs.

**You will need to be able to commit to one or more of the following shift patterns: 8am-11pm, 2pm-10pm, sleeps and waking nights.**

**Job Types**: Temporary contract, Temp to perm, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £11.44-£14.25 per hour
