This role is a chance to join a fast-paced Private Markets Credit house within an experienced and established Finance team, newly created due to growth in AUM. The Credit Fund Controller will focus on supporting the Financial Controller and CFO in the fundaccounting function across a mixture of UK and Luxembourg based funds while also providing transaction support to the investment team.

Culturally this is a high performing and high octane business suited to someone who's wanting to make the move to a 30 person boutique that's in pure growth mode.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for quarterly and annual reporting requirements across various Credit Funds. This will involve the detailed review of standalone and consolidated accounts prepared by external administrators, ensuring they are prepared in accordance with applicableaccounting standards.
- Managing the reporting of the monthly pan-European collections across the portfolio.
- Responsible for the fund cash flow and treasury management.
- Active involvement in the acquisition and disposal processes of the Fund.
- Responsibility for investor queries.
- Manage the quarterly audit process and oversight of UK/US tax returns (outsourced).
- Oversight of the fund administrators to ensure that investment transactions and co-investment structures are accurately recorded in the fund accounting records, with appropriate governance and reporting procedures in place for portfolio holding companystructures.
- Responsibility for funds' subsidiaries structures including compliance, reporting, audit and corporate management support.
- Lots of involvement in ad hoc project work.

**Your background**:

- Qualified Accountant - ACA, CA, ACCA or equivalent - working either in another private markets fund ie: credit, private debt, infra or private equity or servicing equivalent clients in a fund admin business.
- Strong numerical and detail orientated skillset with a high competency in Excel is essential.
- Good organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple workstreams to deliver projects and reporting to deadlines.
- Self-driven, quality and results-oriented with an ability to work well under pressure.
