ASSEMBLY OPERATIVE - 1pm Finish every Friday

Our client is a very well established and successful Manufacturing company who are looking to recruit an Assembly Operative to work at Head Office within a busy and supportive team. The environment is secure and supportive.

The role of Assembly Operative is busy and you will work with a wide range of products and components, both electrical and mechanical. You will be given comprehensive training and on
- going support will be provided. Main duties to include:

- Assembly of small electrical and mechanical components
- Terminating cables using a variety of terminations including crimps
- Completing electrical and mechanical assemblies involving PCB’s, looms and various switches
- Testing Electrical assemblies using both “off the shelf” and in-house developed test equipment
- Building and testing a range of different components
- Completion of Test Certificates and Packaging sheets as necessary

For the role of Assembly Operative you will need a background as an Assembly Operative and have the ability to conduct manual handling tasks and small components. So, you will have either Electrical or Mechanical skills - or both

You will be based in a friendly environment and there is progression for an individual who is committed and enthusiastic.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,500.00-£23,500.00 per year
