Job Title: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

**Job Description**:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our client's start-up SaaS & IOT team based in Oxford.
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement technology strategies to support the company's goals
- Manage the development, implementation and integration of technology solutions
- Oversee the development of new products and services
- Ensure that the company's technology is secure and up-to-date
- Manage the technology team, providing guidance, training and support
- Monitor and review the technology team's performance
- Research and identify new technologies to support the company's development
- Develop relationships and partnerships with technology vendors
- Oversee the budget for technology-related activities
Technical Skills:

- Proven experience in an SaaS & IOT environment
- Knowledge of software development processes, system design and integration
- Experience in developing and implementing technology strategies
- Strong knowledge of current and emerging technologies
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across the organization
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
