**Job Overview**

You will be working as part of a close knit team, assisting in the day-to-day running of a games arcade in the centre of Wigan Town Centre. Your role will be to deliver a front line customer service to customers, providing refreshments, promoting offers and handling day to day queries.

**Role and Responsibilities**

Greeting customers who enter the arcade providing an excellent customer experience - working with other team members or on an individual basis

Ensure the smooth running of the arcade, helping customers with questions or queries.

Assisting customers when in need of change and / or refreshments

Responsible for back office tasks including the handling of cash

Responsibility for keeping the arcade clean and tidy at all times,

**Shift Patterns**

No day or shift is the same and you get out what you put in.

Starting at 8am some days to set up for the day or finishing at 10pm on others to close the arcades. You will work approximately 2 opening and 2 closing shifts a week.

Shifts include the weekends,

**What you'll need**
- Experience in providing excellent customer service
- A friendly communication style with customers
- The flexibility to start an early shift at 8am or finish a late shift at 10pm
- The drive to work hard and contribute to the success of your arcade
- The initiative to identify tasks that need to be completed
- The ability to react positively to changing priorities
- Some experience of working in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.44 per hour
