**We are looking for experienced team leader to join our POPLA team.**

POPLA (Parking on Private Land Appeals) is an independent appeals service known set up by British Parking Association in 2012. As POPLA team leader your will be responsible for leading POPLA team, and ensuring we maintain and improve our industry leading results in POPLA annual report monthly & annually.

**Main responsibilities**
- Monthly review of all lost and rejected cases, against BPA code of practice.
- Weekly and monthly reporting to Operations Manager and Director of Operations
- Building and managing external partner relationship with POPLA.
- Line manager responsibilities to ensure all team members are clear on their targets, growth areas and progression.
- Monitoring performance & attendance through weekly 121 with each team member to review progress and conducting quarterly appraisals.
- Proofing and quality checking team cases. Work in line with industry standards.
- Responsible for hiring, training, and inducting new team members providing feedback and refresher training as needed.
- Drafting cases based on the evidence provided by the motorists.
- Responsible for mitigating referrals and complaints.
- Dispute cases where necessary.

**Experience & skills required**:

- Experience in similar role as team leader or manager.
- Excellent communicator and high level of interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop.
- Proactive and innovative with can-do attitude.
- Solid experience of Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and sound logical thinking
- Taking ownership and being responsive
- Strong Client Service acumen
- Integrity, openness, and honesty
- Problem-solving and using sound judgement.
