Arborist

**Chappell Enterprises are recruiting for a full-time Arborist Climber on a permanent contract to be based in Tunbridge Wells.**

We pride ourselves on offering a full range of tree care services to both public and private sector organizations as well as to the domestic market.**

**Monday to Friday with a 6.30am to 7.30am starts depnding on where the site is.**

**With an hourly rate of £12 to £14**

**As an Arborist Climber, you'll join our experienced tree team and play a key role in delivering frontline quality arboriculture services competently and safely to our clients, ensuring high standards are met in line with, and incorporating our client'sbusiness values.**
Person specification:

- Relevant and demonstrable experience within the Arboriculture industry and ability to work to industry best practices.
- Highly self-motivated, with the ability to work functionally within a team.
- Organizational skills and ability to use your own initiative.
- The ability to problem-solve and implement resolutions swiftly.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills with colleagues, managers, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Undertake a wide range of arboricultural works as both grounds person and climber.
- Carry out routine maintenance
- Ensure that safe methods of working are conducted in accordance with company and site policies at all times.

Essential skills/qualifications:

- Full UK Driving Licence
- NPTC units CS30, CS31, CS38, CS39

Desirable skills/qualifications:

- NPTC unit CS41
- IPAF
- Emergency First Aid at Work + Forestry First Aid
