**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**The Main Duties**:
As an assistant in the Large and Complex Injury Team, you will:

- Undertake direct communication with third parties on the telephone in a professional and effective manner;
- Update information into the case management system as requested;
- Attend court hearings and client conferences;
- Take client statements and review medical/employment/dwp records;
- Assist Fee Earners with chasers and post;
- Assist with the efficient running of the office generally;
- Undergo regular supervision with your line manager along with our open communication policy, receiving day-to-day support;
- Perform other responsibilities assigned by the Partnership as requested; and
- Complete MI and understand the Client’s Service Level Agreements.

**The Firm**
HF are a successful niche practice, who promote a relaxed and approachable atmosphere and operate a relaxed dress down policy.

Our full time hours are 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday 7 hours per day working flexible hours. Location is no difficulty given that the majority of our work is conducted from home.
