**SENIOR ARTWORKER**

We’re looking for a highly skilled Creative Artworker with proven experience of working in a fast-paced design agency on FMCG brand packaging and campaigns.

As well as a great benefits package we offer hybrid working of 3 days in the Studio each week, and 2 working from home. **We’re excited in the next steps in Brandon’s evolution which includes relocating to a swish new Studio space in Manchester city centre in the Autumn.

**THE ROLE**

As a Senior Artworker your attention to detail and craft skills will be second to none. You’ll have a great eye for interpreting design thinking and rolling out across multiple iterations. In addition, you’ll have excellent visualising, layout and typographic skills, along with an up-to-date knowledge of print and production techniques for fmcg packaging.

You’ll be confident picking up briefs from the design or client services teams, taking them through to production ready artwork, and also confident in challenging and presenting new ideas in order to deliver on the design intent in an efficient and effective manner.

At times you will be required to retouch images where you’ll need a good awareness of layout, design and typography, and also to create mock-ups for clients to visualise the final look.

And finally you’ll be a team player, comfortable in asking intelligent questions to get the job done right.

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**

To be successful in the role we’re looking for:

- Proven experience of working at a Senior Artworker level for 2+ years.
- Experience of delivering creative artwork projects large and small, from start to finish.
- Experience of delivering brand packaging projects.
- A portfolio that demonstrates technical ability, creativity and craft skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Experienced in print processes.
- Superuser of Adobe Creative Suite.
