**Simon Acres Recruitment are seeking an experienced Field Warranty Engineer to work remotely for a successful business based in West Yorkshire. Our client is looking for someone who is confident, customer service driven, with outstanding communicationskills and a keen eye for detail.**

**This is a field-based role covering Lancashire and surrounding areas.**

A basic starting salary of up to £45,000 DOE.

**The Role**:

- Delivering items to customers’ homes, including kitchen cabinets and other remedial items
- Assembling and installing kitchens cabinets within customers’ homes
- Fixing and repairing damaged cabinets when required
- Maintaining company van and tools
- Working from a fully remote system, which will allocate job details and information
- Supporting other colleagues in surrounding areas when required
- Ensuring that customer service is maintained to the highest standards at all times
- Previous experience within fitting kitchens
- Knowledge of multi-trades
- Experience working within a customer facing environment
- An understanding of furniture assembly or DIY carpentry
- Able to resolve issues and remain calm under pressure
- Confident speaking to customers
- A keen eye for detail and always striving for perfection
- Highly motivated and determined
- Self-motivated and a team player
- Full driving licence and vehicle
- Living in or close to Lancashire

This is a permanent role, working Monday to Friday. There will need to be some flexibility in this position due to the nature of the role.
