**Care Support Worker** - **Days, Norwich**

**£12.60 per hour (days)**

**26 average hours per week + opportunity for additional hours**

**A day in the life**:
As a Care Support Worker you will assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling our service users to make informed choices, supporting their independence and dignity in line with their person-centred care plan.

Working as part of a team, you will build strong relationships with your colleagues and the service users, participating and supporting with wellbeing events and activities, and helping to promote a safe and engaging environment.

Responding to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner, providing person-centred care and support and communicating with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.

**About Ellacombe**:
**Ellacombe is our 48-bed residential care home, close to Norwich city centre. The home provides short-term and full-time care and support, specialising in care and support for people living with dementia.**
