**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Conduct property viewings and guide clients through the sales process.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and confidence in their real estate decisions.
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring all legal and financial requirements are met.
- Able to generate new business in a target driven environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a successful Estate Agent or in a sales-related role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other real estate tools is a plus.
- A positive and proactive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Resilient, positive, organised,numerateand detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

**Salary**: From £20,319.00 per year
