Car Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Hours of work would be from 8:30am-5:30pm, 1 week 5 days a week, alternate week 6 days a week.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their preferences and budget
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to customers
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets
- Coordinate with the finance department to arrange financing options for customers
- Ensure all paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and efficiently
- Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively promote and sell vehicles

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the motor trade
- Experience in selling and negotiating
- Motivated and target driven
- Be able to work under pressure
- Be organised and have excellent communication skills
**- Have a Full UK Driving Licence due to insurance restrictions relating to test-drives (25 years old and above).**
