Content Creator Apprenticeship

Shire & Wold is an Oxfordshire based staffing agency specialising recruitment of private domestic staff for High-Net-Worth and High-Profile clients for their UK county-side residences and estates.

In addition to our domestic staffing desk, we also provide luxury hospitality recruitment for high level hotel groups, bespoke luxury accommodation, event venues, restaurants and private members clubs.

We are a small boutique agency based in Bicester. We are searching for an apprentice to join the existing team with the opportunity for the apprentice to be offered a permanent position on completion of their apprenticeship.

During this 15-month apprenticeship, you will work and study towards gaining a level 3 Standard in Content Creation. Working alongside our Sales and Marketing lead to help plan and implement a creative strategy that consistently portrays our brands and image.

Hours: 30 hours per week Location: Office (OX26 4UL) and event location based Salary: £8ph

**Essential criteria**:
Passion for Content Creation

Social Media/videography/photography experience is beneficial

Driving licence and access to car

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Grade 4 or above in Maths and English or a Functional Skills Equivalent

**Key responsibilities**:

- Social Media_
- Assisting with the day-to-day management of our social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
- Increasing user engagement on our social channels by creating insightful, fun, informative, and relevant content tailored to the requirements of each platform.
- Scheduling content at optimal times across channels for the best results.
- Monitoring our social accounts to interact with customers, find user-generated content, and help moderate comments.
- Keeping up with the latest social media trends to identify reactive opportunities that relate to our brand and audience.
- Monitoring and reporting on post-performance and channel growth to inform future posts and campaigns
- Admin support_
- Content creation
- Assisting with long-form content writing when required
- Helping to create blogs and newsletters to reflect services and seasonal changes.
- Uploading content to our websites via our CMS
- Supporting the Director with preparing governance documents for the agencies BCORP certification.

There will be opportunity throughout the term of the apprenticeship to receive discretionary bonuses. On completion of the apprenticeship there is an opportunity to join the agency in a permanent role with a combined starting salary of £28,000-£35,000 gross per annum.
