Immediate starts for an individual that can manage a team to be most effective and report directly to the production manager. Your role as a dairy supervisor will be to always maintain the very highest standards of hygiene throughout the dairy department whilst keeping and improving the quality of the product which is cheese. You will also actively promote staff awareness of hygiene, good behavior, health and safety, operating procedures, and rules and regulations as set out in the company handbook. You will also help motivate, train, discipline, and enhance current staff.

Your working days will be Monday to Thursday working from 6.30 am to 3.00 pm, Friday from 6.30 am to 2.00 pm and please note that you will work 1 weekend every 3.

The wages would be £12.24 p/h basic, time and half Saturday and double time Sunday.

To be considered for this role, you must have full supervisory experience in a food factory environment.
