We have an exciting full time opportunity to join our growing team, based in Totnes but covering the wider Torbay and South Hams area.

This varied role will involve dealing with a ranging property portfolio and include all aspects of residential letting and property management from market appraisals, viewings, tenancy negotiation, liaising with tenants and landlords, conducting some property visits, as well as involvement with the tenancy move-in process. There will be the opportunity to progress within a fully supportive and proactive environment.

Suited to someone with at least 2 years lettings experience and has a thirst for progression.

Parking available.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dartmouth: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work authorisation:

- United Kingdom (required)
