Housekeeping Attendant
You are at the heart of the hotel As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will take ownership of guest rooms, ensuring that our guests are provided with a clean, comfortable space, and be a part of creating a memorable experience for them.

What you will be doing:
Clean all assigned guestrooms to standard
Take initiative to add a personalized experience for the guest
Take ownership of guests’ privacy and belongings, while ensuring exceptional service

Follow brand standard and deliver cleanliness required by the company

Demonstrate ability to proactively priorities need of the departments and effectively managed resources and time

Ensure that request made by guests HOD and other Senior Management is actioned.

Be aware of HK SOP’s and H&S procedures

Displays excellent team working skills. Work well in the team environment and motivate co-workers to sustain exceptional levels of performance

Handle and store chemicals in line with hotel regulations and any local legislative requirements

Report all maintenance issues on daily basis

Respond to guest complaints, special requests and act to ensure guest satisfaction

Monitor and control supplies and amenities, and minimize waste within all areas of housekeeping

Report, turn in, and/or log all lost and found items according to established procedures

Assist with deep cleaning projects when required
**Qualifications**
Your experience and skills include:
Warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience is an asset
Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming
Excellent organizational skills and time management
