**Position**:
**Emergency Care Assistant**

We seek a highly motivated and compassionate **Emergency Care Assistant **to join our expanding team. In this role, you will assist patients requiring immediate medical attention. Your key responsibility is to support Paramedics and other medical professionals in ensuring the efficient operation of our emergency response and patient transport services.

**Key Responsibilities**:
> Assisting with patient management at the scene and during transport, ensuring their safety, comfort, and dignity.

> Performing Basic life support and clinical care under supervision.

> Assisting in the setup and operation of emergency equipment.

> Documenting vital patient information and maintaining accurate patient records.

> Assisting with the loading and unloading of patients from emergency vehicles.

> Cleaning, decontaminating, and restocking emergency vehicles post-transport.

> Communicating effectively with patients, their relatives, and the healthcare team.

> Completing mandatory training and actively participating in personal development initiatives.

**Requirements**:
**Requirements for this role**:
> GCSE or equivalent required.

> Valid qualification (FREC 4 or equivalent)

> A valid driving license with a clean driving record or maximum of 6 points

> Previous experience in healthcare or emergency services is preferred.

> Good physical health and ability to lift and move patients.

> Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

> Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.

> Flexibility to work different shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

> A solid commitment to the highest patient care and safety standards.
