CL Tyre Limited are looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Department person.

Experience is essential as the role require immediate work to be covered. Sage 200 experience is preferred.

Job will include.

Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors

daily invoicing to customers.

raising job sheets on sage 200 for field engineers

chasing overdue payments from overdue customer accounts.

Process bank deposits.

Reconcile financial statements Prepare, send and store invoices Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments Identify and address discrepancies

Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets.

Successful applicants will need to have the ability to work under pressure to deadlines and appreciate the importance of excellent customer service.

Strong communication skills and a desire to succeed and achieve targets will complement. The ability to manage time and be customer focused and orientated.

An attractive salary package based on experience is included.

Full-time role or part time role.

Monday to Friday

Times 9am to 5pm or part time hours tba

No weekends

Previous experience required.
