Salary**:£31,444.21 per annum**

Location**:Stafford - Hybrid working**

Hours**:37 hours per week - Permanent**

Can you help us to put the **PLUS** in Housing Plus? We currently have an exciting opportunity for a **Neighbourhood Officer**to join our successful in-house Neighbourhoods team on a permanent basis to provide an effective, efficient and customer focussed neighbourhood management service across our three landlords in Staffordshire and Shropshire.

Do you have experience and knowledge of housing legislation? Are you committed to customer care? Can you build strong working relationships, internally and externally? You will ensure that performance standards and targets are achieved in relation to Tenancyand estate management, anti-social behaviour, safeguarding and to monitor and report on that performance. You will be required to work across our Group offices within Staffordshire and Shropshire, therefore you will need a Full UK driving licence and accessto your own vehicle to use for work purposes. **If this sounds like you, please apply**
