Penguin Recruitment is delighted to present a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate Town Planner to join a specialist Planning, Acquisition, Design and Build Specialist company in their Head office in Northern Ireland

**The Role**

**Duties of the role**
- Undertake desktop planning reviews.
- Complete feasibility studies for the deployment of new telecommunications sites and the upgrading of existing sites.
- Formulation of Planning consultation strategies.
- Tracking and recording updates on behalf of clients.
- Reporting to Planning Team members.
- General admission and clerical duties.
- Good IT skills and knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent project management and co-ordination skills.
- Experience within a town planning environment desirable.
- Previous experience in a supporting administrative role desirable.
