General Assistant/housekeeper

Guthrie Castle is based in a rural setting, so a full driving license is essential, as public transport is unavailable. Reliability and honesty are important aspects of this position, as is attention to detail and good timekeeping.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Housekeeping:

- Assist with cleaning and preparing guest rooms to ensure they meet our quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies
- Monitor and report necessary repairs and coordinate with contractors

Administrative Support:

- Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones.
- Maintain accurate records and files, both digital and physical.

Guest Services:

- Check Guests in/out during seminars.
- Assist guests with any enquires.
- Occasional waitressing
- An understanding of Food Hygiene

Pay: £8.60-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
