**Job Title: Customer Service Advisor**
**Location: Hull
Hours: 37.5 hrs per week Mon - Fri between 9am - 6pm, mínimal weekend coverage required with rota day off in the week

**Salary**: £20,000 per annum + Bi-annual Bonus**
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- **Manage day-to-day queries from patients, hospitals and medical professionals**
- **Taking ownership of high quality customer service experiences**
- **You will be the first point of contact for our customers, by ensuring that every query is answered in a timely fashion**
- **To be responsible for undertaking a wide range of patient service and administrative duties which link in and support the multidisciplinary team**
- **Answer incoming calls in a friendly, polite and professional manner. Consider the request, taking appropriate action or redirecting to other personnel as appropriate**
- **Attend and participate in team, staff meetings and other meetings as required**
- **Any other ad hoc duties as required**

**About you**:

- **You must have a minimum of 1 years call centre experience**
- **You are a strong and confident communicator, balanced with the right listening skills and a friendly telephone manner**
- **You really care about the customer and want to solve their queries in the right way with care and consideration**
- **You are organised and service minded**
- **You create positive experiences**
- **You are PC literate and know how to use Word, Excel, and Outlook. Learning new systems is something you can do easily**
