**Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 dependent on experience**

**Overview**

ProblemShared takes a person-centered approach to these assessments and is building a team of experts who believe in providing SpLD assessments which focus on both strengths and challenges.

You will be responsible for using appropriate tools such as the Woodcock Johnson and the CTOPP-II, as well as more specific standardized assessment methodologies where required. Your role will be to undertake thorough SpLD assessments and provide comprehensive and timely reports for clients aged 7 and upwards, including adults, with an associated set of personalized recommendations focused on enabling them to reach their full potential.

**Requirements**:

- Educational Psychologist/ specialist teacher qualification with Level 7 Diploma in teaching and Assessing Learners with Dyslexia and Dyscalculia/Specific Learning Difficulties
- A deep understanding of SpLDs and co-occuring NeuroDevelopmental conditions and their co-morbidities, along with a broader knowledge of mental health
- Genuine and proven interest in advocating for those with SpLD diagnoses
- A true team player
- Excellent computer skills, and an ability to write clear and concise reports which focus on the client’s strengths and challenges
- A clear, professional, warm, and informative communication style
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Self-motivated and comfortable with remote working, blending independent workload and time management with working with colleagues based in different locations.
