Equine Lead Hospital Clinician

Fantastic opportunity for a role in leadership to grow and develop our RCVS accredited Equine Hospital and its team at Clyde Vet Group.
We are looking for a passionate individual, ideally with a European Diploma (or equivalent) who is an enthusiastic team player, has surgical experience and proven ability in equine orthopaedics, to lead and manage our busy and growing equine hospital.
Develop and support our equine department and the wider business.
Increase our internal and external equine clinical caseload.
Mentor and train our existing, excellent, and highly motivated clinical and non-clinical teams.
- Help drive and shape the future development of our hospital including our exciting, planned extension.
This role is ideally full time; however, flexible working options will be considered. Occasional ambulatory work will be involved alongside participation on our OOH rota.
**£70k - £100k depending on experience**
