We're looking for a talented Quality Controller to work for our client.

**The Role**:
As the Quality Controller, you will be primarily accountable for ensuring that the product's journey through the intake, storage, production and dispatch meets all the required standards through a series of checks, inspections, sampling plans, calibration of equipment and reporting any issues.

In the job, you'll be tasked with the following:

- Maintaining food safety
- Ensuring quality standards are maintained
- Factory g.M.P. Auditing
- Monitoring hygiene standards
- Monitoring metal detection on site
- Monitoring product temps through the production process

The standard working hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 15:00-23:30. A shift allowance of £10 per day will be paid in addition to the hourly rate, Monday through Friday, 06:00-15:00.
