**What hours will you be working?**

Flexible working hours - from 1 shift / 6 hours a week upwards including evenings and weekends with flexible shifts.

**What you’ll be doing as Bar Staff**

As a member of Bar Staff, our customers are in your hands. You'll work on the bar and will be the face of the pub and be knowledgeable about the products we sell and be able to make recommendations. Most of all you love to look after people, understand what makes them happy and have the desire to make someone’s day.

Your role will be crucial in ensuring the happiness of our customers, and responsibilities will include;
- Increasing sales through friendly service and conversation, recommending drinks and upselling.
- Ensuring the cleanliness of tables and seating areas meet our high standards for every customer you greet.
- Working as part of a team to deliver excellent standards of customer service, ensuring each and every customer receives the best service possible.
- Attention to detail to ensure you serve the customer with the correct order every time and pay particular attention to allergens.
- Undertaking continual training to develop your skills and knowledge

**Your Pub**

The Mount is a popular local pub just on the outskirts of Chester City centre, tucked away in the attractive suburb of Boughton. This pub has outstanding views of the city of Chester, making this an ideal location for both regulars and passers-by. This site offers cask beer, lagers, wines and spirits.
