This role is paying £33k + £3k London Weighting + a monthly paid bonus scheme comes with tools and a company vehicle.

About the role:
This role is suitable for an Ventilation Engineer/Electrical Mate/Improver who has
- 17th/18th Edition, ECS Card
- Level 2 or above

PLEASE READ THE BELOW CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU APPLY - internal training will be provided to you to fill any gaps there are in your experience.
- Electrical Installation Work - 20%
- Mould Washing 20%
- Ductwork and Ventilation Installation 20%
- Core Drilling 20%
- Extractor Fan Installation and Maintenance 20%

**Please note this role is not 100% electrical**

This is a customer facing role and all work will take place in occupied social housing properties, if this is something you're not comfortable with then you need not apply.

**Salary**: £36,000.00 per year
