Deputy Director of Retail

We seek an innovative and highly motivated individual to drive forward the retail operation to achieve growth and consolidation across the property portfolio. You will lead and support the development of the senior retail team and area retail managers, as well as new openings and business opportunities to support an ambitious strategy to grow and deliver improvements.

You will have experience supporting teams to exceed income expectations and deliver a professional, customer-focussed operation, utilising all revenue streams including shop locations and online sales, alongside Gift Aid growth, uptake and retention.

You will support and implement significantly improved use of IT and digital systems in the retail locations and within our teams, with the organisations digital transformation journey.

This role will require regular travel across our operating region. Full driving licence and access to own vehicle for business use or access to reliable transport arrangements - will be essential. Hours will need to be worked flexibly with 2 days remote working and will include weekend working..
