We are a local, long established family run business that specialises in manufacturing a range of class leading, specialist commercial vehicles supplied throughout the UK. Our modern office, showroom and workshops are located just 5 miles from Lincoln City Centre.

We are proud and passionate about our business, the brand, our customers and the people who work within it, we are looking for a multi skilled parts and aftersales coordinator who is self motivated, enthusiastic and will drive our parts department and new online shop forward, manage warranty claims and help with any queries.

**You might have experience in main dealer parts sales, aftersales, warranty administration, customer service or may be a combination of all four. If you are looking to progress and prosper, like responsibility and want to jump to the next level then we would like to hear from you.**

**Motor trade or automotive experience would be desirable but is not essential**

**No two days are the same at Maxi Mover, the role is varied and will include**:
Understand the customer’s needs and ensure the correct parts are supplied first time

Update the online parts website/shop with new parts and price changes

Maximise parts sales opportunities

Manage & log all warranty queries/claims to ensure a satisfactory outcome for the customer

Work with the goods in/out manager to ensure parts are sent as promised to the customer on time

Make follow up calls to ensure customers have received the correct parts etc

Support sales team as and when required

**Essential skills and experience required**:
Most importantly you must be self motivated and enthusiastic

Have a minimum of 3 years parts and aftersales experience in a similar position

Be results orientated with good sales skills

Be organised, methodical & conscientious

Be able to prioritise & manage daily tasks

Have the ability to work on your own initiative with minimum supervision

Have strong IT skills including popular office software packages e.g. Excel

Have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly telephone manner

Want to deliver outstanding customer service at all times

**The package we're offering**:
Excellent basic salary starting at £20,000 to £26,000 (dependent upon experience) plus a monthly paid performance bonus

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm | No weekends

28 days paid holiday per year (including bank holidays) plus a day off for your birthday
