Growth Product Manager / Digital Product Manager / B2C Product Manager needed for a global EdTech business who are scaling rapidly & are looking to further define their ecommerce platform to create a seamless self-serve customer experience.
Reporting directly into the Head of Product, the Growth Product Manager / Digital Product Manager / B2C Product Manager will lead their ecommerce squad to help build a self-serve model for their global customer base. As well as iterating their digital platformto optimise customer conversion, payments, pricing, promotions to really define their customer journey to ensure the best possible experience for the mass consumer market.
The Growth Product Manager / Digital Product Manager / B2C Product Manager will:

- Own product backlog & roadmap, providing direction and constantly prioritising based on the business's needs and customer insights
- Write epics, stories, bugs and acceptance criteria to direct your technical team based on business requirements
- Conduct data analysis and promote a data-driven decision-making approach
- Develop a deep understanding of the customer and product needs
- Evaluate and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Define and update high-level technical documentation to track the evolution of the key functionality of the platform
The Growth Product Manager / Digital Product Manager / B2C Product Manager will have:

- Digital product experience with a focus on ecommerce/digital customer growth
- A customer-focused mindset and dedicated to delivering value to the end users
- Experience working within agile methodologies
- Experience leading a technical team of developers and QA
- Excellent communication skills, including fluent spoken and written English
This is a chance for a Growth Product Manager / Digital Product Manager / B2C Product Manager to be part of unlocking the digital growth within an already profitable and success business.
