Maintenance Engineer required for a new role working for a market leading West Midlands based manufacturing company offering competitive Salary and benefits with overtime available for those who like to earn extra.

If you are a multi-skilled engineer with a good understanding of motors, inverters and PLC's looking to work with well skilled and professional engineers this role is worth looking at.

As Maintenance Engineer you will carry out daily break down and preventive maintenance of plant machinery and the plant itself.
- Plenty of electrical fault-finding on breakdowns and running issues, this will include working with Siemens PLC's
- Mechanical checks and servicing of equipment to include conveyors, palletisers as well as compressors and general facility related equipment
- Logging all work carried out on CMM ensuring the maintenance manager is aware of any parts that need ordering.

Experience and training required to fulfil this role as multi-skilled maintenance engineer includes -- C&G level 3 (or equivalent) electrical or mechanical
- 18 th Edition
- Good knowledge of PLC's (fault finding and reporting only)
- Ability to understand electrical drawings and 3 phase electrical systems
- Effective fault finding electrical and mechanical
- Ability to communicate well verbally and by correct interaction with CMM

The successful maintenance engineer will be joining a well-run maintenance department with well organised stores and 5s on site ensuring you have access to the right equipment as you need it, in addition you will receive -- £40 - 42,000 starting Salary with continual skills related increases
- Overtime available paid a very good rates
- 25 days holiday + Stats
- 5% contribution Pension
- Continual training provision
