Medium sized high street law firm based in the heart of the Lake District who promote an active work/life balance and provide a fantastic location to work in are seeking a qualified Residential Property lawyer (Solicitor, Legal Executive of Licensed Conveyancer).With several offices throughout the Lake District they have a strong client base across the county so regularly receive new work sources through local referrals as well as having close links to several local estate agencies.
You will be managing a low-volume caseload of 75 - 100 matters with work including complex registrations of land, transfer of equity, complex leasehold and complicated title issues. Value of properties do vary from small £100,000 properties to large estatesin excess of £1.5 million with the opportunity to complete low value commercial property also. Case management system, secretarial support and paralegal support are all provided to allow you complete your tasks with as much ease as possible. You will forma pivotal part of this small property and be expected to work closely with a Partner and help to grow the department further.
