Cargo Covert Tester

Looking to get your foot in the door for a career in security? Here at Redline, part of the Air Partner Group, we are offering the opportunity for a Quality Assurance Tester to join our QA team for a 12-month FTC to cover Maternity leave. This position carries significant responsibility and requires both diligence and attention to detail to ensure that all aspects of covert operations in cargo and aviation locations are accurately assessed and reported through the Compliance Manager and the client.

You will report directly to the CT Manager and will work in conjunction with the Compliance Manager, Deputy CT Manager and Operational Planners. This pivotal role requires multi-skill, professionalism, dedication and a multi-faceted individual capable of assessing a security regime against:

- Current Aviation Legislation
- Industry best practice

You may be required to work alone, without supervision, as well as leading a team of dedicated and consummate professionals, meaning you must be adaptable for all instances. You will be expected to contribute to all aspects of the Company’s Quality Assurance program, which includes developing and promoting continuous improvement. You are expected to produce high quality in all that you do, at all times. Our Quality Assurance programme is carried out across many UK based Cargo and Aviation sites, therefore frequent travel will be required.

**You will**:

- Contribute to the QA planning process
- Brief, conduct and debrief covert/overt tests
- Produce high quality written reports
- Develop the QA skills of associate testers through written and verbal assessments
- Provide expert assistance in the training of covert operatives
- Any other requirement or duty deemed by the directors to be both fair and reasonable which is notified to you by any managerial staff

- The ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- The ability to obtain CTC Clearance and undergo a Criminal record check
- Full UK DRIVING License
