Kitchen Porter

We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic part-time Kitchen Porter/Cleaner to join our fun and friendly team at the Daffodil Day Centre in Colwyn Bay

Daffodil Day Centre is a respite centre for Individuals with dementia and those with additional needs.

16-20 hours per week over 5 days Monday to Friday
- 12:45 - 16:15

Pay: National Living Wage

Main duties will include washing dishes, cutlery, pots and pans. Ensuring, cookers, dining tables and floors are kept clean and ready for the following day. Duties will also include ensuring the day centre’s, kitchen, dining room, activities room and restroom cleanliness is maintained to a high standard.

Performing additional cleaning duties as and when required, such as mopping up spillages quickly and efficiently.

Be a champion of health and safety practices.

Have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Be able to work within a team environment.

Enjoy working in a hands-on role.

Have had cleaning experience in a similar role, although this is not essential.

Have a flexible approach to working.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 7 months

Expected hours: 16 - 20 per week
