As an ESW Facilitator, you will under take 50% of your role as a Lecturer and 50% as an Assessor. The role will involve preparing, delivering and managing effective learning strategies to ensure learners attain agreed learning objectives/qualifications. You will teach on a range of courses
and at a range of levels.
