Margate, United Kingdom Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust Full time

The NHS is changing. More emphasis on community-based care means there’s never been a better time to join us.

We’re recruiting now for compassionate nurses who want time with their patients. Time to treat the whole person, not just the condition. Time to focus on what they want to achieve and how we can help them to get there.

We are looking to appoint a dynamic, patient focused and inspiring leader to help shape and develop care delivery. We take pride in our service; we therefore need forward thinking, enthusiastic and self-motivated people to apply.

The Matrons oversee the care and inpatient management of the ward along with a team made up of registered nurses, healthcare assistants, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, rehabilitation assistants, care management staff, pharmacist, visiting medical officers and administrators.

You will need to be flexible and potentially help cover other wards if necessary and you will also be required to work 1 weekend in 4.

This is a rewarding and exciting career opportunity to join our friendly teams, so if you think you have the necessary skills then please look at the job description. We currently have a vacancy at Westbrook house, Margate If you would like to know more about the post then please contact Rachel Nicholls on 07554439581
