We are looking to appoint a dynamic, patient focused and inspiring leader to help shape and develop care delivery. We take pride in our service; we therefore need forward thinking, enthusiastic and self-motivated people to apply.

The Matrons oversee the care and inpatient management of the ward along with a team made up of registered nurses, healthcare assistants, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, rehabilitation assistants, care management staff, pharmacist, visiting medical officers and administrators.

You will need to be flexible and potentially help cover other wards if necessary and you will also be required to work 1 weekend in 4.
