We are currently supporting a fantastic non-for-profit organisation in Chesterfield who are looking for a HR Advisor to join the HR team on a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity.

This is a full-time, FTC offers 37.5hrs per week. Typical working hours are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday, but our client is flexible around start/finish times to suit you.

Salary is £35,000.

In addition to this, our client also offers agile working whereby there will be one team meeting a month on site, but some weeks during the month you can be fully remote if that suits you.

You will be joining a fantastic HR team, working with fantastic individuals across the business on a range of HR topics and projects.

**The Role**:

- Provide generalist HR support across the organisation
- Lead by example within the organisation
- Support the managers with complex employee relations cases
- Support on some exciting HR projects
- Build strong working relationships with managers and employees within the organisation

**Requirements**:

- CIPD Level 5 or relevant experience at this level
- Exceptional people skills
- Passion for HR and continuous improvement
- Strong generalist HR experience
- ER casework management experience
- Strong employment law knowledge
