Our client, a well-established group of Property Managers and Chartered Surveyors based in Reading, are currently seeking a Property Manager to join them due to continued growth. You will be managing a range of residential blocks and this role will be office/ remote based with weekly site visits.

The initial portfolio you will be working on is 80 units and you will be responsible for more than half of the units. You will also be working alongside the Senior PM. My client are also open to someone from a lettings background who is keen to progressfurther with Property Management.

- Prior Property Management experience - Block experience is Advantageous
- Strong IT and Grammar

- Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
