**What are the rates of pay?**

**1. Be rewarded with competitive pay, **reward schemes and pension schemes
- NEW pay rates starting from **£11.00 PH + PAID travel time + PAID mileage**

**3. Regular visits with regular clients.**

**4. To learn and continuously develop -**Paid induction training and shadowing period and funded QCF Health and Social Care Level 2 to 5 qualifications. We actively encourage our carers to obtain the right qualifications to support and develop their careers.
