Fred Champion Groundworks Ltd specialises in new build housing and commercial site groundworks, we cover all aspects within this sector:

- Site strip
Earthworks
Roads and drainage including to adopted standard
Foundation and substructure works including masonry
PCC and ins-situ concrete ground floor systems
Plot drainage

Services installation
Plot external works
Highway completion works and associated 278 type works

PC Role duties for these elements

We operate across Cornwall and Devon employing 350 operatives

Due to new schemes across Cornwall being secured we have the opportunity for a number of supervisors to join our team for long term employed work.
- Competitive hourly rate depending on experience
- Monday - Friday 7.30 - 17.00 hours plus over time, possible Saturday work
- 28 days holiday ( including bank holidays )
- in house training scheme
- transportation to and from work

The Role

Groundwork supervisor to include experience and knowledge of:

- new build housing and associated highways works or commercial scheme groundworks
- good time management
- good people management skills and liaison with other management colleagues
- working to a programme and deadlines
- record keeping and understanding of site work procedures and administration
- site work Health and Safety
- in date CSCS card ( preferably in management)

**Salary**: £14.00-£18.00 per hour
