Responsibilities of the **IFRS 17 Actuary**:

- Responsible for the planning and design of modelling solutions for business requirements.
- Leading and overseeing ongoing maintenance and development of the IFRS17 CSM Engine and associated tools and systems
- Ensuring that the IFRS17 CSM engine can support future regulatory changes
- Support the migration of new products or business units onto the IFRS17 CSM engine as required

Key Experience of the **IFRS 17 Actuary**:

- A Nearly/Newly Qualified Actuary
- Experience working in IFRS17 actuarial modelling
- Experience working in an actuarial modelling and reporting function with a good working understanding of SII, IFRS or EBS reporting requirements
- Detailed understanding of asset-liability cashflow models an advantage
