This is an excellent opportunity for someone from an IT Trainer Qualified Background to join a high-growth legal firm in a role that will offer you great long-term opportunities to help you excel within your career in IT Training, Learning and Development Supportwhilst being supported by on-the-job training on the latest infrastructure technologies.
The company is a highly successful law firm based in Manchester and due to the company's growth they are now looking for a IT Trainer to join their IT and Development Team.
In this role you will be the IT Learning and Development function for a busy law firm supporting a large base of users, from new starters to current employees. You will report to the Head of Project Management and have regular contact to ensure you can do thejob properly and develop your skillset. Your primary duty is to provide high quality IT training and support through workshops and one-to-one sessions, virtually and face-to-face.

The Role:

- IT Trainer
- Designing and providing bespoke IT Training For A Busy Law Firm, both one-to-one and virtually
- Delivery of high-quality IT Training courses for new systems and software prior to roll out by the IT Department
- Hybrid, Mon-Fri role - 3 Days in Office, 2 Days at Home

The Person:

- Experience as an IT Trainer within a Professional Setting
- Live Commutable to Manchester
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Must have Technical Experience with Windows 10/11, PDFs, e-learning/LMS Systems
- Experience within the Legal Sector or Professional Services preferred
