**Machine Operator** to work in their leading facility in
**Lytham**.

**For the successful Welder, our client is offering**:
I. £12 - £18 Per hour

II. Monday - Thursday 7 am - 4:30 pm

III. Temp to perm

IV. 4 day week

IVV. Opportunity to be made permanent

**The role - Machine Operator**:
I. Maintain high-quality standards at all times for standard and bespoke products

II. Operation of belt linishers and pedestal polishers

III. Proactive communication with supervisors, managers, and quality control regarding production, quality, and H&S issues

IV. Maintain a clean and tidy work area

V. Working individually and on occasions as part of a team to operate a range of machinery to produce a variety of metal materials with manual and automated equipment, to a high-quality standard meeting hourly production targets

VI. Follow instructions and wear appropriate PPE

VII. Able to work under own initiative and on occasion under pressure whilst adhering to strict deadlines and demands

**What our client is looking for in a Welder**:
I. Understanding of basic IT
**ESSENTIAL**)

II. Practical awareness of lean manufacturing and understanding of 5S activities
**ESSENTIAL**)

III. Previous experience in a similar role
**ESSENTIAL**)

IV. Experience in metal finishing
**BENEFICIAL**)
