**The Role**

Working at **New Home site within the Bristol **region, you’ll be passionate about matching people with the most appropriate property. Here, you’ll enjoy a diverse role that will see you carrying out all sales operations on new home sites, developing business, assisting negotiations and guiding sales to completion.

It’s a passion you’ll share with your colleagues, who’ll support and assist you to deliver the best customer service possible.

**Ideally you will have a background in real estate already, or have a solid track record of sales from within a similar industry, we’d love an opportunity to talk to individuals who are honest, act with integrity and possess exceptional communication skills.**

Due to the nature of this position the working pattern will involve you being in our office in **Keynsham Monday to Friday, full time 9-17:30.**

Please be advised that there is basic salary and OTE on the top - details regarding salary are to be discussed and depending on experience.
