Salt has partnered with a leading global solutions supplier who are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join within a start up area of their business and lead the Digital Marketing function forward within Data, Growth and Digital. This is a 6 MonthDay Rate Contract, Hybrid/Remote.

You will be responsible to develop, lead and coordinate all marketing activities for the hub, developing and implementing a digital-first, data-driven and growth-focused marketing plan. The role will be the marketing point of contact and will shape and implementthe marketing strategy, with strong liaisons with internal divisions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implementing a clear and cohesive marketing programme, driving a digital-first, data-driven and growth-focused marketing plan. Coordinate with multiple internal divisions, and across Sub Regions once the platform scales across other markets
- Responsible for best-in-class marketing campaigns, through effective planning, briefing & review of campaigns, ensuring we meet the campaign objectives while optimising the customer experience.
- Use analytics and customer insight to continuously improve the marketing plan.
- Project management abilities, ideally developed in an agile environment, to successfully oversee multiple campaigns, including budgets and deliverables.
- Stakeholder management experience; proven experience building relationships across teams including internal divisions, and external agencies.
- Quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Must be strongly capable in data analysis and able to use data to make recommendations and drive decisions
- Good understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing channels, performance marketing, growth marketing.
- Ability to demonstrate a clear customer focus in all aspects of role.
