This role will require working as part of a team, supporting colleagues, and collaborating with internal or external customers.**What you’ll do**:

- You will work under general direction within a clear framework of accountability. You will have responsibility for designing, delivering, and implementing aspects of software solutions for GSS internal and external customers. Simultaneous involvement in several disparate projects is likely, therefore the ability to adapt and multi-task is essential.
- You will plan your own work in line with general direction to meet given objectives and processes.
- You will work with 1st
- and 2nd-line support personnel, providing 3rd-line support to resolve incidents and service requests in line with SLAs to enable continued system operation.
- You will identify and communicate opportunities that assist with setting technical direction, with respect to best practice for domains of operation.
