**Job details**

We have an exciting opportunity to join a highly motivated team as a Community Caretaker.
- You will be responsible for delivering a community caretaking service which addresses estate management issues and support the work of Housing Management Officers within the Community
- Working in the area - with a Rota for attending/visiting hotspots on a regular basis
- Building a rapport with residents
- You will be the eyes and the ears of the Community
- Outdoor working, mainly walking most of the shift
- Reporting back issues to Housing Management Officers
