**RECEPTION TEAM LEAD**

**EXCITING OPPORTUNITY FOR 2024 AT CHAPTER HOUSE**

**3 Shifts per week (1 in 3 weekends worked, 28.5hrs)**

**About the Role**

Our Reception Team Lead is at the front line of our homes - planning, coordinating and supporting the work of the reception team to ensure our Home is run smoothly and professionally. And like us, you'll always want to do the best you can and constantly look for ways to improve. You will:

- Be responsible for managing all staff tasks within the reception areas, including rotas, holiday cover, in-house training and day-to-day performance feedback
- Act as customer service lead, ensuring all front of house functions meet our exacting standards
- Regularly review systems and processes, and constantly look for ways to improve

**About You**

You have a meticulous attention to detail and a drive to provide consistently excellent quality - whether that's front of house welcoming visitors or managing your staff. You’re friendly, approachable and have excellent communication skills.
You're a natural leader - with a track record of motivating a team with outstanding results. You’re comfortable taking responsibility and remain calm under pressure.
